
1. Instantanuous kinematics of the Eastern Black Sea.
This work was initiated in 2002 and first results were published in
“Oceanology”. Further research resulted in recognition of the Eastern
Black Sea microplate (EBS) and assesment of its present-day motion relative
to Eurasia. Position of the EBS in the regional framework of the present-day
plate motion is in Fig.1. |
